Available Positions

Accounting Clerk (Level 1)

Accounting clerks are responsible for posting simple payables and receivables invoices, verifying monies received for services, data entry, document management, and much more. This is a full-time position.

Job Duties

  • Process basic receivables and payables invoices
  • Verify payments for services rendered and apply them appropriately
  • Pull data to perform account verifications
  • Extend exceptional service both internally and externally to customers and vendors

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player, dependable, and operate with integrity
  • Must be able to multi-task and process large amounts of data
  • Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be available to work weekends if needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Experience in a data entry environment preferred

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Customer service representatives are the primary point of contact between our business and our customers. Our CSRs answer the phones and emails, respond to requests for information, and answer questions from customers. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as a friendly and helpful demeanor—this is very much a customer-facing position.

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service both internally and externally
  • Answer calls related to service inquiries, billing, and more
  • Schedule estimates and service appointments
  • Make outbound calls to confirm, survey, or book appointments

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player, dependable, and operate with integrity
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to solve problems quickly, effectively, and creatively
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred

Dispatcher/Scheduler

Dispatchers are responsible for coordinating our service technicians out in the field. Ideal candidates can process service requests, direct team members out in the field to their next assignments, and be able to modify or make changes as necessary.

Job Duties

  • Communicate with all departments via email, phone, and text message
  • Close out service calls for technicians and sales team members
  • Maintain a tightly-followed, accurate call schedule and update customers on accurate ETA times for their service visit
  • Make outbound calls to confirm, schedule, or survey for upcoming or completed appointments

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player, dependable, and operate with integrity
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends as necessary

HVAC Service Technician

Our HVAC service technicians are responsible for providing our customers with reliable and high-quality repair services for their homes and businesses. We’re looking for motivated, honest, and reliable self-starters who thrive in an environment that requires self-management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in HVAC repairs and services
  • Must be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and ability to troubleshoot problems involving refrigerant-based systems
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • EPA certification a plus
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends on an on-call schedule
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

HVAC Lead Installation Technician

A lead installation technician oversees the installation of brand new HVAC systems in customers’ homes and businesses. They are responsible for overseeing installation projects and leading the team of installation technicians throughout the process. They are also the primary point of contact for the customer while the project is being completed.

Duties

  • Develop installation plans and oversee their execution
  • Provide support and guidance for installation team
  • Communicate and answer questions for customers
  • Oversee team safety and security throughout projects
  • Complete paperwork and provide instructions on new system for customers

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of HVAC repair and installation experience
  • Must be able to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work overtime, nights, holidays, and on-call shifts
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • EPA certification a plus but not required

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance technicians perform tune-ups and minor HVAC repairs for customers in order to ensure their systems are in good working condition. Ideal candidates must be capable of working independently with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote an exceptional brand image. No prior HVAC experience is necessary for this position. This is a full-time position and reports directly to the field maintenance supervisor.

Job Duties

  • Perform minor repairs and tune-up services on HVAC equipment
  • Complete paperwork and assigned tasks quickly and effectively
  • Train, develop, and further knowledge using company-provided resources

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and efficient
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces or on rooftops
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
