  • Customer Service Representative

    We are looking for a high-energy, organized professional to be the "voice" of our company. Your primary mission is simple: Turn every phone call into a booked appointment and a happy customer. This is not just "taking messages." You will be the air traffic controller for our technicians and the primary point of contact for our homeowners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • The Front Line: Answer all inbound service calls with a friendly, professional "can-do" attitude.
    • Strategic Scheduling: Manage the dispatch board to maximize technician efficiency and minimize drive time.
    • Member Care: Proactively call our 1,000+ maintenance members to schedule their seasonal tune-ups.
    • Lead Conversion: Follow up on web inquiries and "unconverted" leads to ensure no customer is left behind.
    • After-Service Follow-up: Perform "Happy Calls" to ensure quality control and request Google reviews.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Excellent Communicator: You enjoy talking to people and can remain calm during the "no-heat" or "no-AC" rushes.
    • Detail-Oriented: You can manage a busy calendar without letting appointments slip through the cracks.
    • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro) and basic office tools.
    • Reliable: You understand that our technicians and customers count on you to be the hub of the office.

    Schedule & Compensation:

    • Shift:  Two shifts available
      • 7 am to 4 pm
      • 8 am to 5 pm
    • Pay: $19.00 – $27.00/hr (depending on experience) + performance-based spiffs
    • Location: Milford, CT

    OT may be required during peak seasons.

    Schedule: Monday – Friday

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Your primary focus will be the professional diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of residential heating and cooling systems. You’ll act as a key point of contact, maintaining clear and professional communication with our clients, the field team, and the home office.


    Key Requirements:

    • Licensing: CT State Trade License (S-2, S10 or D-2 licenses are also highly preferred).
    • Experience: 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
    • Reliability: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Integrity: Ability to pass a drug test.
  • HVAC Installer / Installation Technician

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    In this role, you will lead the installation of heating and cooling systems while maintaining clear communication with our clients and the home office. 

    • Licensing: S2 or D2 license is preferred.
    • Physicality: Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform standard installation tasks.
    • Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior installation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated individual!
